Delivery

Goods in stock

Standard delivery items will be dispatched by Royal Mail or Parcel Force within 3 working days.

Express delivery orders received before 2.00p.m. will be dispatched usually First Class or Special Delivery the same working day or (if received after 2.00pm) the following working day.

If the goods are out of stock we will advise you of the expected delivery date and give you the option of cancelling your order.

Goods Made to Order

For any custom orders we will advise you of an expected delivery time and they will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow 28 days, although often they may arrive much sooner. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 4 weeks, we will contact you by e-mail and offer you the chance to cancel your order, and receive an immediate refund.

Specially ordered goods may take 6 weeks before delivery.

All sizes are approximate.

Returns

We will give a full refund for all damaged goods, or replace them free of charge, (including postage) if they are returned within 14 days.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for goods that we order specifically on your behalf, unless they are faulty or incorrect through our or the maker's error. Where this is the case, you will be warned before your order is confirmed, and we ask you to check personalization details carefully.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

For UK deliveries only, if you return the stock goods to us, at your expense, within 21 days from the purchase date of such Goods in perfect condition and, with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt, then we will refund you the cost of the goods but not carriage.

How to return/exchange

Please ensure that you contact us before returning any goods.

Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you.
Include your name, address, order number, tel. no. and whether you would like a replacement or refund.

Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office and send them to:

Please Note: When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it registered post.

Security

Your personal details will always be stored securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will not transfer your details to any other party without your express permission.

For your protection, your personal details, including credit card information, will only be transmitted using the highest quality (128 bit) SSL server. We do not receive your credit cards details from our merchant service provider (WorldPay).

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Maestro, JCB and Solo
• Cheques drawn on a UK bank
• Postal Orders
• Bankers' Draft

Please make cheques, postal orders & bankers' drafts payable to Objects of Design Ltd.

We reserve the right to decline an order for any of the following reasons:-

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock or out of production.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
